Why a purchase cannot be withdrawn
Tournament licence and annual licence (organisers):
You buy a one-off licence for one tournament, or a licence for one year of points competition. There is no recurring subscription. The licence is fully usable immediately after payment.
Before buying, you can explore the whole app for free with up to 50 judokas. At checkout you confirm that you want immediate access and thereby waive your right of withdrawal (article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code). A purchase therefore cannot be withdrawn.
Inschrijfgeld (coaches/clubs):
The registration of judokas is final after payment. Registration for a tournament on a fixed date falls under the statutory exception for leisure services: there is no right of withdrawal, including for entry fees.
