Registration fees:
Organizers can collect registration fees from participating clubs through the platform. This can be done via the organizer's own Mollie account (Connect mode) or via the JudoTournament platform (Platform mode).
5. Herroepingsrecht
Inschrijfgeld (coaches/clubs):
The registration of judokas for a tournament is final after payment. Registration for a tournament on a fixed date falls under the statutory exception for leisure services (article 6:230p Dutch Civil Code): there is no right of withdrawal. You confirm this at checkout.
Tournament licence and annual licence (organisers):
A tournament licence applies once, to one tournament; an annual licence for the points competition applies for one year. Both are fully usable immediately after payment. Before buying, the whole app can be explored for free with up to 50 judokas. By agreeing to immediate delivery at checkout, you explicitly waive your right of withdrawal as referred to in article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code.
More information: Withdrawal.
