Welcome to JudoTournament (judotournament.org). These terms and conditions apply to the use of our platform. By using JudoTournament, you agree to these terms.

JudoTournament is a SaaS platform provided by Havun, allowing judo schools and organizers to manage their tournaments.

JudoTournament offers the following services to organizers:

• Creating and configuring tournaments (categories, weight classes, blocks)
• Importing and classifying participants
• Generating pool layouts and competition schedules
• Weigh-in and attendance registration
• Mat interface for match scoring
• Elimination systems (including double elimination)
• Coach portal for participating clubs
• Registration fee processing via Mollie
• Real-time updates and announcer interface

Secure storage of personal data:
We make every effort to keep personal data secure. Data is used exclusively for providing our services and will never be sold to third parties.

Data processing:
Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Your rights:
You have the right to access, modify, or delete your data. To do so, please contact us using the contact details at the bottom of this page.

Platform payments:
Organisatoren kunnen een betaald abonnement afsluiten voor uitgebreide functies. Betalingen worden verwerkt via Mollie (iDEAL | Wero, creditcard, Bancontact).

Registration fees:
Organizers can collect registration fees from participating clubs through the platform. This can be done via the organizer's own Mollie account (Connect mode) or via the JudoTournament platform (Platform mode).

Inschrijfgeld (coaches/clubs):
De inschrijving van judoka's voor een toernooi is een directe dienst die op het moment van betaling definitief wordt verwerkt. Door bij het afrekenen akkoord te gaan, doet u uitdrukkelijk afstand van uw herroepingsrecht (14 dagen bedenktijd) zoals bedoeld in artikel 6:230p BW.

Platform abonnement (organisatoren):
Voor platform abonnementen geldt een herroepingstermijn van 14 dagen na aankoop. Na gebruik van de dienst vervalt het herroepingsrecht.

The organizer is solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of entered participant data
• Compliance with JBN regulations and specific tournament rules
• The safety of judokas during the tournament
• Setting up a local server as a fallback
• Maintaining a physical (paper) backup administration

JudoTournament (Havun) is not liable for:

• Loss of data due to technical failures
• Unavailability of the service due to maintenance or technical issues
• Errors in pool layouts, results, or classifications
• Damage resulting from internet or server problems during tournaments
• Consequences of incorrectly entered participant data

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. We advise you to consult this page regularly.

Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
